Enhancing Your Client Experience with New Portal Widgets

Discover how the new client portal widgets from SAM can streamline your real estate process and elevate your client interactions.

By Mark Stepp

The recent enhancements to SAM's client portal are designed to support real estate agents in providing a smoother, more engaging experience for their clients. With the introduction of new widgets, agents can now customize and control the information that clients see at every step of their real estate journey.

What is the Client Portal?

The client portal is a private, branded website tailored for each client, guiding them through their real estate process from appointment to closing. The portal enables clients to review progress, access important documents, and stay informed—all without the hassle of managing a separate login. This seamless experience is initiated via a secure link sent by the agent.

New Widgets to Enhance Client Engagement

The new widgets available in the portal allow agents to provide critical information and updates in a user-friendly format. Here’s a breakdown of some key widgets and how they can benefit your clients:

Why This Matters for Real Estate Agents

Empowering clients with real-time information not only builds trust but also enables them to be proactive in their real estate journey. The personalization options allow agents to address client-specific needs and preferences, making every interaction more meaningful.
