You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, able to enter into contracts, complete registration, agree to these Terms, and provide true and current contact information. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. You may not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

The Term begins when you sign up and continues while you use the Service. If you sign up on behalf of a company or brokerage, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

You may terminate with notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the next renewal date. Workflow Secrets may suspend service at any time, with or without cause. If your account is terminated, we may permanently delete associated data. Inactive accounts (no login for 12+ months) may be deleted.

A valid credit card is required for paid accounts. Service is billed in advance based on your billing period and is non-refundable except as stated in these Terms. There are no refunds for partial months, unused months, or unattended programs with an open account.

Upgrades or downgrades charge the new rate on your next billing cycle. Downgrading may cause loss of content, features, or capacity. All fees are exclusive of taxes you are responsible to pay.

You shall respect our proprietary rights in the Website, software, systems, courses, content, and intellectual property. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse portions of our HTML, CSS, JavaScript, themes, or concepts without express written permission.

You represent that you own or have permission to use all material in your emails, documents, and files. We may use or disclose your materials as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Workflow Secrets uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology.

You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Service or falsely imply association with Workflow Secrets. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

You represent that your use will comply with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for determining whether our Services are suitable in light of regulations such as HIPAA, GLB, EU data privacy laws, or other requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for any loss resulting from your use of Workflow Secrets Services. We will not be liable for indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.

North Carolina law (except conflict of laws rules) applies to disputes related to these Terms or the Service. Disputes will be decided by state and federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia.

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any Additional Terms you agree to constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior agreements.
