Team Calendar Stats

Compare past due, due today, completed, and upcoming calendar work across every team member in one table.

Why it matters

Production problems often show up in calendar behavior before they show up in GCI. An agent with rising past-due counts may be overwhelmed, avoiding follow-up, or missing systems training. Early visibility lets you intervene with support instead of hearing from upset clients.

Purpose

Team Calendar Stats gives team leads and brokers a per-agent view of calendar execution. Each row shows the same urgency buckets as personal Calendar Stats, so you can see who is current, who is slipping, and where coaching is needed — without opening five individual calendars. Expand a row to analyze patterns, export summaries, or open an agent's overdue list.

How it works in SAM

SAM aggregates calendar activities for each team member you are permitted to view, applies the same date buckets as Calendar Stats, and renders a team table on your dashboard. Click counts to drill into an agent's list or open expanded analysis for trends. Access respects team security settings.

Business goals it supports

  • Monitor team execution on calendar-driven work in real time
  • Identify agents who need workload rebalancing or coaching
  • Standardize how the team measures daily operational health
  • Support accountability without micromanaging every appointment

Key benefits

  • Per-member rows for past due, due today, completed, and upcoming
  • Sortable table for quick stand-up reviews
  • Expanded analysis with PDF export for coaching conversations
  • Same recurrence-aware logic as personal Calendar Stats
  • Minimized indicators flag teams with collective overdue risk
