Voice Forward

Inbound call routing on a Twilio number in SAM: weekly schedule for who rings, fallback if nobody answers, temporary overrides, holiday messages, optional voicemail to Call List, or a missed-call text. Configure under Setup → Integrations → Twilio → Voice forward.
