Marketing & outreach

Fello keeps the conversation going. SAM keeps the client.

Send the homeowners you choose into Fello’s marketing. When they fill out a form, look at their home value, scan a postcard, click an email, or get handed back from Felix, that moment shows up on the SAM contact your team already knows.

  1. 1

    You choose the people

Tag the contacts who should hear from Fello. Everyone else stays in SAM.

  2. 2

    Fello stays in touch

Home-value updates, mail, email, and Felix keep the relationship warm.

  3. 3

    The moment comes home

A form, a scan, a click, or a handoff shows up on the contact you already have.

SAM keeps the contact. Fello keeps the marketing going. The useful moment comes back to the agent.

Why agents use it

Follow-up starts from the contact, not from another inbox

The win is not “another integration connected.” The win is knowing who is warm, why, and what to do next — without retyping the story into SAM.

  • One contact, not a second database

The person you already know in SAM stays the record. Fello handles the homeowner marketing. Interest comes back to that same contact, so the team is not hunting through another login to see who raised a hand.

  • You choose who Fello talks to

Only contacts with the tags you pick are sent. Everyone else stays in SAM. An exclusion tag keeps someone off the list even if they also have a sync tag.

  • A warm moment does not sit in another app

A form, a home-value visit, a postcard scan, or an email click shows up on the contact while the interest is still fresh. That is the difference between a timely call and a weekly export.

  • Felix can hand the conversation to a person

When Felix is ready for a human, SAM can write one note and put one follow-up on the calendar. The summary Fello actually sent is what the agent sees. A repeat of the same handoff does not pile on a second note.

  • New inquiries can become contacts

If someone fills out a Fello form and SAM does not already know them, SAM can create the contact when they left an email. Their original source stays put if they were already in the database.

  • Curiosity is not treated like a stage change

Looking at a home-value page is interest. SAM can record that look and tag it. It does not move their milestone or pretend they listed the house.

  • Your verified details stay yours

Fello can fill a blank address or a blank name. It does not replace a name, phone, or email you already have unless you turn that on. You decide how much to trust the incoming details.

  • Do-not-call is a dialing caution, not a consent wipe

If Fello marks someone do-not-call, SAM remembers that before you dial. It does not turn off texting or email permission you already recorded.

  • Unsubscribe stays in its lane

Stepping off Fello marketing is saved on the contact. It does not cancel every other channel you already have permission to use.

  • Dates can start the next Routine — only the ones you want

Each kind of Fello moment can be an Important Date: last form, Felix handoff, home-value view, postcard scan, and others. Add only the dates you want in Date Setup. They stay locked on the contact so a webhook can update them and an agent cannot type over them. A Routine can then run when that date is set.

  • The same agent can own both sides

When record security is on, the SAM record owner can be the person Fello assigns, using your team’s email. If both sides change at once, SAM keeps its owner and tells you there was a conflict instead of silently flipping the contact.

  • People who already exist in both places can be connected

Reconcile with Fello links a SAM contact that already has an email to the matching Fello person, or updates the one already stored. It does not invent a second person, and it stays off until there is an email.

What comes back

Each update is a reason to pay attention

Fello tells SAM when something the homeowner did is worth seeing. You choose which of these to accept. None of them require you to paste a web address into Fello — connecting the account turns them on.

  • They filled out a form

Someone asked for a valuation, a CMA, a callback, a cash offer, seller help, or another answer Fello collected.

That is a reason to call today. SAM can note it, tag the kind of request, and put a follow-up on the calendar when they asked for help.

  • Felix is handing them to you

The automated conversation has gone as far as it should, and a person needs to take the next step.

The handoff lands as a note and a task assigned to the team, with the summary Fello sent. You are not reconstructing the chat from memory.

  • They looked at their home value

They opened the home-value view. They are thinking about equity, a sale, or what the house is worth right now.

You see the interest on the contact. Their milestone stays where you left it, so curiosity is not mistaken for a listing appointment.

  • Their address or calling status was checked

Fello enriched an address, or it recorded a do-not-call status.

A blank address can be filled in. A do-not-call mark is a warning before you dial. Neither one rewrites texting or email permission.

  • They stepped off Fello marketing

    They unsubscribed from Fello’s messages.

The team can see that before the next campaign. Other permissions you already have are left alone.

  • Their details changed

Fello learned something new about the person.

Empty fields can be completed. Names, phones, and emails you already trust stay in place unless you allow overwrite.

  • They clicked an email

A Fello email got a click.

The message earned attention. You can follow while that attention is still warm, instead of waiting for a monthly report.

  • They scanned a postcard

The mail piece was in their hands and they scanned it.

A scan is proof the piece arrived and they engaged. That is a better reason to call than hoping the postcard made it to the kitchen counter.

  • A label was added or removed

Fello added or removed one of its labels, such as a lead type or Felix still being in conversation.

Those labels can show on the SAM contact, marked so you can tell they came from Fello. They do not by themselves enroll the person in a Routine.

You stay in control

Turn on the parts that match how you work

Nothing here forces every contact, every date, or every field onto your database.

  • Pick the tags that enroll someone, and the tags that keep them out.
  • Pause sync when you need a quiet week. Resume when you are ready.
  • Choose which updates to accept: forms, Felix, home value, mail, email, tags, and profile changes.
  • Let Fello fill blanks, or also allow it to replace details you already verified.
  • Add only the Fello dates you want under Manage Date Fields. They show on Important Dates after you add them, and agents cannot edit those dates by hand.

A Tuesday that used to get missed

  1. 1A past client opens their home-value page on Sunday night.
  2. 2Monday they scan the postcard that asked what the house might be worth.
  3. 3Tuesday the form asks for a callback.
  4. 4SAM already has the note, the dates you chose to track, and a follow-up on the calendar — on the contact your team has had for years.
