How it works
SAM Chat opens as an overlay anywhere in the app. Ask in plain language: find a contact by name or detail, list today’s appointments, or enter Guide Mode for step-by-step help (for example, how to add a contact). SAM can also answer how-to questions from 700+ help articles, surface a daily briefing, and prepare SMS or email drafts. Tool actions require your confirmation before sending.
