Say it once, use it everywhere
Reusable email, SMS, WhatsApp, and letter templates with stats and analysis — wired into Inbox, Routines, and Outbox.
The problem
Your best emails live in sent folder limbo. Every agent rewrites the same listing update or holiday note from scratch.
How it works
Templates store subject, body, and merge fields for email, SMS, WhatsApp, and print. The WhatsApp tab holds a session message (and optional approved Content Template) separate from SMS. Use templates from Inbox, Routines, and manual sends. Template stats show what gets used so coaches can refine messaging.
Merge fields
Personalize with contact and deal data automatically.
Routine-ready
Routines reference templates for consistent nurture and ops messages.
Team standards
Share approved messaging so brand voice stays consistent.
Listing price reduction
You select your “Price adjustment — seller update” template from Inbox, merge seller name and new price, queue to Outbox for broker review, and send — two minutes instead of twenty.
FAQ

Yes. Use the WhatsApp tab for a session body (and photos when the chat window is open) plus optional approved Content Templates for outreach outside 24 hours. Routines use the WhatsApp body when Message Type is WhatsApp.
