What this is for

Call lists queue contacts for phone outreach with context, prep briefs, notes, and disposition tracking. With Twilio Voice Forward, inbound calls and voicemails land here too — so callbacks stay on one timeline until you finish.

When to use it

Use for weekly sphere blocks, lead follow-up, Routine-fed calling campaigns, and working inbound voicemails from your Twilio number.

Steps

  1. Open Call List from the main menu or from a contact action.
  2. Work the queue — review prep notes before each call.
  3. For voicemail items, expand Call timeline and Voicemail AI to review the message, play recordings, and send a suggested text only after you review it.
  4. Log outcome, notes, and schedule follow-up activities.
  5. Routines can add contacts to call lists automatically on key dates.

Voice Forward (optional)

Under Setup → Integrations → Twilio, open Voice forward on a number to set who rings during open hours, your fallback number, temporary overrides, holiday messages, and whether missed calls go to voicemail or a missed-call text.
